What is a client funnel?
In the same way a plastic funnel guides liquid to a particular point, a client funnel guides potential clients through sequential touchpoints of awareness, interest, and inquiry – bringing client and designer together into a discovery call, initial consultation and beyond.
A client funnel typically includes a number of the following assets:
Outreach strategy – to generate awareness and interest
Website – to convert interest to inquiry
A clear one liner – to introduce your business and ask for referrals
Business cards – to be remembered
Print assets – to make a winning impression
Content – published online to stay top of mind
