Afterward, you will receive a White Paper – a typed marketing plan tailored to your specific goals and challenges.
After receiving our White Paper, you may hire us to execute our recommended solution, hire someone else, or move forward on your own. If you hire us, the cost of the Deep Dive is applied toward the Build Out.
We also offer the Deep Dive as a standalone service because it leads to business-boosting breakthroughs on its own.

Now that you have a seamless brand, it’s time for you to put yourself out there, but new habits can be hard to keep up. Stay on track by joining our open office hours on Zoom (Fridays at 11am EST). Drop in for hands-on support, training, and guidance. Free of charge for 1 year.
In addition to our office hours, you can reach out to us by email anytime for additional support and adjustments. Investment: $250/hour for advisement, copywriting, and graphic design. $125/hour for website portfolio and press page updates.
One-Day Adjustment

After the Build Out, this is a 5-hour intensive session for those who want or need significant updates. During this intensive session, we will collaborate with you via Zoom, in which you’ll be able to offer live feedback and achieve more in less time.

We do the writing, with your input. Copywriting is an art and a science we do every day, and we've found it works well to write the first draft, then send it to you for edits before approval.

Our solution is mostly done-for-you, though of course we need your participation. This primarily includes completing questionnaires and participating in Zoom calls. We work with a tight itinerary, and it is important you meet due dates so we can finish on schedule.

We build all our websites on Squarespace. We have found it offers the perfect balance between flexible customization and ease of use for the interior designers we work with. Plus it’s easy to optimize for SEO.

We communicate with clients by email, Zoom, questionnaires, and a project management software called Trello. We are very efficient, and our clients often praise our communication style.

No. We believe this works better when you’re in the driver’s seat. But we offer a starter package of Instagram graphics and email blasts. Then we lead content-writing workshops and offer personalized guidance during our weekly office hours.

Yes, we optimize every website for fundamental SEO, so you can be found by more people in your local market.
Beyond that, the best thing you can do for SEO is post regular blog content that earns views and shares – with our help.

If you already have a logo that’s working well, then we can certainly use it. This goes for any other brand assets you may already have that are already working for you. We will fill any gaps as needed.

We focus on interior designers. This narrow focus allows us to produce a better product and experience.
That said, we have worked with architects, builders, decorators, landscape architects, and stagers.

Yes, we are happy to provide training on how to make simple updates, such as changing text on your About page. Note that when it comes to adding projects to your portfolio, which is a multi-step process, most of our clients hire us to take care of it for them – though it’s totally doable for someone determined to learn it. No coding necessary.

Our process is designed to give you concrete examples to choose from that will closely guide the design we create for you.
That said, if for some reason the brand we create for you doesn’t feel right, we will work until it does. Within 30 days after the website launch, you can schedule a time for us to work together to make edits and updates at no additional charge.

Our solution is designed to provide everything you need to draw in your ideal clients. However, you may also need to level up in other core systems, such as optimizing your design services and PR for getting published in magazines. In these areas, we are happy to recommend service providers we trust.
