01. Book a Fit Call
A Fit Call is a free Zoom call with Yian to understand your goals and answer any questions about how we work. If it’s a great fit and we both want to move forward, the next step is to book a Brand Roadmap.
02. Book a Brand Review
Our Brand Review clarifies what’s already working for your brand, what’s holding you back, and what shifts will truly help you attract the projects you want.
We begin with a guided interview with you to understand your unique expertise and the clients you want to attract, along with a review of your current messaging, visual identity, and website. From there, we translate those insights into a Brand Roadmap — a strategic brief outlining the most impactful shifts to make to truly attract more of the projects you want.
By the end, you’ll have a clear plan for where to invest your time, energy, and budget, so you can attract the right clients and convert more discovery calls, without wasting resources on “shiny objects” that won’t actually move you closer to the projects you want.
The Brand Review is available as a standalone service, or its investment can be applied toward a full Brand Refresh if we continue working together.

03. Book a Brand Refresh
The Brand Refresh turns the clarity from your Brand Review into an elevated brand designed to attract the clients you actually want to work with.
Most Brand Refresh packages include messaging and visual identity because a brand and website only perform well when they’re cohesive.
This is a mostly done-for-you process, designed to deliver in weeks, not months. Your role is simple: show up on select days by Zoom as we guide you through key decisions and approvals.
The packages below show what’s possible. A final proposal is defined during the Brand Review and tailored to your goals, priorities, and stage of business.
Investment: Current packages range from $4k to $8k.

SEO Upgrade is for interior designers we’ve previously worked with whose websites already align with their dream clients —but want to show up higher in search results. If your site converts visitors yet isn’t being discovered enough, the problem is often backend SEO, structure, and content optimization.
This is not a redesign. It’s a strategic performance upgrade—qualifying your elevated website to be discoverable in search so you can attract more ideal projects without changing what already works with your messaging and visuals.

We do the writing, with your input. Copywriting is an art and a science we do every day, and we've found it works well to simply write it, then send it to you for feedback and approval.

Our solution is mostly done-for-you, though of course we need your participation. This primarily includes completing questionnaires and participating in Zoom calls. We work with a tight itinerary, and it is important you meet due dates so we can finish on schedule.

We build all our websites on Squarespace. We have found it offers the perfect balance between flexible customization and ease of use for the interior designers we work with. Plus it’s easy to optimize for SEO.

We communicate with clients by email, Zoom, questionnaires, and a project management software called Trello. We are very efficient, and our clients often praise our communication style.

Yes, we optimize every website for fundamental SEO, so you can be found by more people in your local market.
Beyond that, the best thing you can do for SEO is post regular blog content that earns views and shares.
Note that we write and design for people before machines. This means we prioritize writing with authentic language that is precisely meant to create real connection and ease.

If you already have a logo that’s working well, then we can certainly use it. And this rule goes for any other brand assets you may already have that are already working for you. We can fill gaps as needed.

That said, we have worked with architects, builders, decorators, landscape architects, and stagers.

Yes, we are happy to provide training on how to make simple updates, such as changing text on your About page. Note that when it comes to adding projects to your portfolio, which is usually a multi-step process, most of our clients hire us to take care of it for them – though it’s totally doable for someone determined to learn it with no coding necessary.

Our process is designed to give you concrete examples to choose from that will closely guide the design we create for you.
That said, if for some reason the brand we create for you doesn’t feel right, we will work until it does. Within 30 days after the website launch, you can schedule a time for us to work together to make edits and updates at no additional charge.

Our solution is designed to provide the essential foundation you need to draw in your ideal clients. However, you may also need to level up in other core systems, such as optimizing your pricing and PR for getting published in magazines. In these areas, we are happy to recommend service providers we trust.
