Our Story

Hi. I’m Yian. In 2017, I founded The Art of You, focused on creating websites for interior designers.

Along the way, I learned that to attract your ideal clients you need more than a website. You need a super focused brand. But to deliver that, I need a partner.

That’s why in 2023 I hired Meng Dimacali, a talented graphic designer to design visual identities, websites, and print materials, while I lead strategy, copywriting, and client experience.

Together, we are here to streamline the art and science of branding because we believe marketing your business should be a joy.

I love words and their power to open new doors.

After earning a degree in mathematics and three meaningful careers since, I discovered my passion for branding.

Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, I now live in Queens, NY with my lovely wife, Gaby.

I love reading, writing, designing, solving puzzles, running, and being a husband, daily sous chef in the kitchen, and uncle to two floofy Siberian teenage cats.

Meng Dimacali
Senior Graphic Designer

Since 2018, Meng has collaborated with clients worldwide as a professional graphic designer, specializing in branding and social media design.

Originally from the cultural city of San Fernando in Pampanga, Philippines, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts from the prestigious De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.

An artist, aunt, gamer, and self-taught computer builder, Meng adores traveling and cherishes her role as mom to four fur babies: Loki the Siamese, Aia the Persian, Aki the Scot Brit kitten, and La La the _______.
